Website design and Development

Project management is a critical component of launching a website on schedule and on budget. With this in mind, the bullets below summarize our process for building your website:

1.
Requirements Definition

We will go through our website development questionnaire. This document gathers both the visual design components as well as the specific copy for the website. Our standard website development program includes a four page website built from our theme library. You’ll be able to review the theme library and select the general design approach that matches your requirements. Any requirements that exceed the base model program will be identified and scoped during the requirements phase. You’ll have a chance to review any additional development costs at this stage. Once the requirements are completed and signed-off, all future changes will require change orders.

2.
Website Development

Once requirements are defined, our web development team will develop the website. This includes setting up a hosting account on our web hosting server located in a tier 1 data center.

3.
Acceptance Testing

Once web design is complete, you will have 7 days to complete testing of the website. Any issue with the design or content will be logged in our support tracking system and assigned a tracking number. Once you have completed the testing, we will review all of your tickets. We will fix any bugs and provide an estimate for any enhancements that you raise.

4.
Launch and support

Once all of the bugs are addressed, we will launch the website. Your hosting service plan includes one hour of support each month. Unused support hours do not roll forward to the next month. Any support request that exceeds the one hour of included support will be estimated and approved by you prior to starting work.
